摘要
介绍一种新型液体密度声传感器的原理及设计方法,与一般液体密度传感器不同之处是其输出为数字频率量,具有很高的灵敏度,可实现与计算机的直接连接.计算结果表明,这类传感器的灵敏度可达10-8g/cm2,适用于高精度测量,且有广阔的应用前景。
The paper described the principle, design method of a new type of acoustic liquid density sensor.it's different from other density sensors in frequency output, high sensitivity,and can be connected directly with microcomputer. The calculation results show that the sensor allows measurements of minute mass changes(about 10-8g/Cm3). It can be used in exact detection and has promise.
