摘要
密度是表征物质性质的一个重要物理参数。介绍了一种新型液体密度传感器的研制。有别于目前沿用的振动式、超声波式液体密度传感器 ,这种基于Lamb波的传感器具有灵敏度高、响应快、所需试样量少等优点。本文详细叙述了该传感器的基本工作原理、所采用的相位差测量原理、检测系统和实验 ,取得了理想的结果 。
Density is one of the important physical parameters of materials. The paper introduces research work concerned with a novel sensor for measuring liquid density. Different from the traditional instruments used today, such as vibrating tubes, ultrasonic based sensors, the new one based on Lamb wave possesses many advantages, such as high sensitivity, fast response, little sample required, etc. This paper presents a basic principle of the sensor and the phase shift measuring method used in this project. The measuring system and satisfactory experiment results are shown.
