摘要
本文首先指出,现有人工心瓣不适于人工心脏.因为它们不仅引起血栓和溶血,而且自身很易破损,所以设计一种人工心脏专用瓣膜是非常必要的。其次.作者研究了为什么现有人工心瓣不适于人工心脏的原因.根据这些研究的结果,提出了两种人工心脏专用瓣膜设计模型,并用有限元法对顺向无铰双叶机械瓣和St·Jude双叶瓣的关闭过程进行了计算。结果表明,顺向瓣的关闭性能大大优于St·Jude瓣。
This paper, first indicated that the current prostheses valves are not applicable for the artificial heart. Because they not only cause thrombus but also themself fracture are very easy,so,it is necessary to design a special prostheses valve of artifical heart. Second,author investigated why the current prostheses valves do not appropriate artifical heart. Base on the above results,we deisgned two model of apecial prostheses valves of artifical heart and used finite element method to calculate closure process of the dwon stream direction pivotless bileaflet mechanical valve (DDV)and St·Jude valve. The results show that closure performance of DDV is better than St·Jude valve.
