摘要
本文总结了人工心瓣包括笼球瓣、笼碟瓣、斜碟瓣、双叶瓣和生物瓣的一些设计考虑。根据不同的研究者在体外试验中得到的数据,我们分析和比较了各种人工心瓣的血流动力学特性,并对人工心瓣将来的发展作了预测。
In this paper, the authur summarizes some designed comsiderations on the prosthetic heart valve, including caged ball valve, caged disc valve, tilting disc valve, bi-leaflet valve and tissne valve. According to differential investigator in-vitro obtained data, we examined and compraed hemodynamic characteristics of various prosthetic valves, finally, this review predicted the furture of prosthetic valvc development.
