《城市规划汇刊》自复刊以来，已成为我国重要的、有影响的学术性刊物，受到国内外广大读者的重视与爱戴．作者从出版至今的总共98期中，作了一些分析与归纳，并把它置于改革开放以来我国政治、经济、社会、文化的大变革的历史背景中作一演绎推理，不难发现，它的办刊宗旨和取得的成果是与历史的进程息脉相关而效益显著的．谨以此文敬贺《城市规划汇刊》复刊100期，并祝竿头日进、繁荣学科．
The 'Urban Planning Forum' has become an important and effective academic ournal which is now welcome and paid more attention to by readers both national wide and overseas from the yoar it was republished. The author has some analysis and conclusions for all 98 issues of the journal, and has a deduction on the historic background of political, economic, social and cultural changes from Chinese Reform and Opening policies. It can easy be found that the goal of the journal and its achievements have close relationship to national historic progress. This paper is also regarded as a congraduation to this journal for its 100 issues.
