摘要
三硝基甲苯(TNT)与猪晶体匀浆孵育后,有超氧离子自由基(O_2)与H_2O_2形成;H_2O_2形成剂量效应关系,提示活性氧可能在TNT诱发白内障过程中起一定作用。TNT能显著降低大鼠晶体谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,孵育时间并不影响TNT对GSH的降低作用,说明TNT可能对GSH有直接打击作用。
Superoxide radical(O_2) and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) were detected in the pig lens homogenate incubation system incubated with different TNT concentrations. O_2 and H_2O_2 production significantly increased when TNT eoncentration was 5 mM or more. The H_2O_2 production especially showed dose-effect relationship. The GSH level decreased in rat lens homogenate incubation system by TNT, but was not influenced by incubation time. therefore, TNT could affect GSH directly.
