摘要
用等离子光谱法测定了江西不同茶类和不同等级珍眉以及湖北恩施硒茶（炒青绿茶）的无机元素含量。结果表明，茶叶中的无机元素总量波动在３．１１％─４．１３％之间，如果加上未能测出的元素含量，则其波动范围约为３．３１％─４．３３％。与茶叶的灰分含量规律相反，江西珍眉的无机元素总量与其品质等级呈明显负相关。此外，还求出并讨论了茶叶中无机元素分量及意义。
Contents of inorganic elements in various kinds of tea produced in provinces of Jiangxi and Hubei weredetermined by ICPAES. The total content of the elements fluctuated within the range of 3.11%─4.13%,orof 3.31%─4.33% considering the elements which couldn’t be determined.Contrary to the total ash content,the total element content was negatively correlated with the quality grade of green tea。Contents of variouselements were also determined and the contribution of each element to the quality was discussed。
