介绍一种新研制的高精度数控电动3轴飞行模拟转台的机械结构设计特点和控制系统特点。文中详细阐述了随动系统常用的力矩电机、测速机、光电编码器及计算机等关键元器件的选取,讨论了关键元器件与系统指标的关系.机械结构与系统指标的关系。最后介绍了转台系统所达到的性能指标。
A brief description of a newly developed high precision digital control electric flight table with three axes is gived. The features of the mechanical structural design and control system are presented. Emphases are laid upon the design and choice of some vital mechanical components of the servo system. These include the electric torque mo-tors. tachometers, photo-electric encoders and computer. The influences of these vital components and the mechani-cal structure design upon the performance of the whole sys-tem are discussed. Performance of the whole equipment is presented at the end of the paper.
