摘要
为小儿骶管阻滞选定麻药用量做对比观察,一组采用坐标法,另一组采用计算法共70例.观察指标为用药总量、维持时间、辅助药物使用、平面符合率、平面不足及麻醉效果.临床实践表明坐标法简便易行,可靠,实用价值较大.
The dosage of local anesthetis was calaculated by nomcgram on 70 cases of pediatric caudal anesthesia.The subjects were divided into two groups.The first group,including 35 cases,was calculated by common calculating method;the second group,including 35 cases,was calculated by nomogram.The items of comparison of the two groups were dosage of local anesthetics,duration of maintenance,adjuvant drugs,level of narcosis and,effect of anesthesia.It is concluded that the nomogram method is simple and convenient,practical and has a reliable result.
