摘要
在射频辉光放电条件下制备出等离子体聚丙烯薄膜.用红外吸收光谱(IR)、用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析了聚合膜的本体及表面结构;测量了聚合膜的电气特性和湿敏特性。
olymeric thin films were deposited in RF glow discharge of propylene monomer. IR and XPS were used to analyse the films. The measurement of electrical and humidity properties of the films was performed. The maximum electrical field strength of the films was 420V /μm. Due to the oxygen, which was incorporated into the plasma polymer. the films contain polar groups and have humidity-sensitive characteristics.
