鼠类实验模型感染周期型马来丝虫后血清特异性抗体水平的变化

摘要 本文报道用酶联免疫吸附试验检测长爪沙鼠及BALB/cCR小鼠经不同途径感染周期型马来丝虫3期幼虫、微丝蚴和成虫后,血清特异性IgM、IgG抗体的变化规律,以及抗体水平变化与感染虫期的关系。实验鼠在感染后IgM出现及达到高峰的时间较IgG为早,IgM和IgG在达到高峰后,在较长时间内保特一定水平,这可能是寄生蠕虫感染的共同免疫特征。小鼠产生的抗体水平较沙鼠高。 This paper deals with the regularity of the changes in 'serum specific IgM and IgG, and the relationship between the antibody level and infected worm stage of Brugia malayi.The jirds (Meriones unguiculatus) and BALB/cCR mice infected with three different methods were used in the experiment.The antibody level in BALB/cCR mice after infection was higher than that in jirds.The occurrence of IgM in infected jirds and mice was earlier than that of IgG,reached its peak at 4-8th week, and maintained a certain level during 30 weeks.The responses of IgM and IgG were considered as an immunological characteristic of parasitic helminth infection probably.
