摘要
在Clark-Lubs缓冲溶液(pH9.8)中,锰(Ⅱ)能催化过氧化氢氧化酸性铬蓝K的反应。据此,建立了测定痕量锰的分光光度新方法。方法灵敏度为1.49×10^(-6)μg/m^2。测定范围0~50ng/25ml。据Arrhenius方程式测得催化反应表观活化能为86.41KJ/mol。方法已用于硅酸盐单矿物中锰的测定,变异系数5.90%。
Trace amounts of Mn (II) was determined by its catalysis on H2O2-acicl chrome blue K system at pH 9.8. The Sandell sensitivity of this very sensitive procedure is 1. 49×1018μg/cm2 for Mn in the range O to 50 ng/25ml. The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction was found to be 86. 41 KJ/mol. The method has been applied to the determination of Mn in silicate minerals, with a coefficient of variation of 5.90%.
