摘要
选择了SOD及4种Cu(Ⅱ)络合物,以Cyt.c-HX-XO法,测其SOD样活性;同时,采用反相蒸发法制备了SOD及其模拟物的大单层脂质体,以相同的方法测定其SOD样活性。结果表明,所有体系均有某种程度的活性,其中Cu(His)2-脂质体体系活性最高,且药物在脂质体中的活性均比在缓冲体系中有不同程度的提高。
SOD-like activities of
SOD and four Cu(Ⅱ)complexes
{Cu(Hsal)2,Cu(His)2,Cu(Dopa)2,Cu(Rutin)2}inphosphate
buffer(pH=7.4)and in liposomes were determined,using cytochrome-c
method.The results showedthat all of the systems had SOD-like
activity to some extent and the Cu(Ⅱ)complex-liposomes systems had
an ap-parent positive cooperative action in which the Cu
(His)2-liposome system displayed the highest activity. These re-sults
could be explained by micellar catalysis and chemical action.
