旋磁场对3种实验动物血清SOD活力的影响

摘要 用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定了血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活力,结果表明:大鼠整体及体外血清在旋磁场中曝磁30分钟后,血清总SOD活力(T—SOD)和铜锌SOD(CuZn—SOD)活力显著增加,且整体实验和体外实验中SOD活力增加幅度非常近似。提示:旋磁场使SOD活力增加可能由于酶本身的活性增加所致。 he levels of SOD in serum of rats, mice and rabbits were determined using xanthineoxidase method. It was found that the serum levels of total SOD(and CuZn SOD) were el-evated significantly after the whole body of rat(in vivo)or the serum of three kinds of ex-perimental animals(in vitro)exposed to the rotating magnetic field(30mT,1004r.p.m).Because the extent of elevation of level of total SOD(or CuZn SOD) in rats was very simi-lar in vivo experiment and in vitro experiment it was indicated that the elevation of level ofserum SOD was mainly due to the increase of activity of SOD itself.
