摘要
用单克隆抗体双抗体ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测自然发病鸡和人工感染鸡的法氏囊及其它脏器和ＩＢＤＶ细胞毒，病鸡的法氏囊ＩＢＤＶ检出率约１００％，其它脏器较低，ＩＢＤＶ细胞毒毒公明显低于组织毒。
Double- antibodied ELISA was used to detect IBDV from infected CEF culture, Fabricius's bursa and other visceras of naturally or antificially infected chickens. IBDV can be detected in all the Fabricius's bursa of the naturally infected chickens,while the ratio is lower in other visceras. The IBDV titer from infected CEF culture is manifestly lower than that of chickens.
