摘要
通过菌种筛选，确定了黑曲霉Ｎ５为β－葡萄糖苷酶的高产菌株。通过单因子及正交试验，对培养基优化后，酶活由２．９６μ／ｍｌ增加到９６．５μ／ｍｌ，提高了近３０倍，最终得到了β－葡萄糖苷酶发酵的最适条件．
A β - glucosidase higly enzyme activity producing atrain (Aspergillus N5) was screened among 6 strains. The medium ingredients and fermentation conditions were optimized by signle factor and orthogonal experiments. The enzyme activity was increased by asmuch as 30-fold. As a result, proper fermentation conditions were obtained.
