通过菌种筛选,确定了黑曲霉N5为β-葡萄糖苷酶的高产菌株。通过单因子及正交试验,对培养基优化后,酶活由2.96μ/ml增加到96.5μ/ml,提高了近30倍,最终得到了β-葡萄糖苷酶发酵的最适条件.
A β - glucosidase higly enzyme activity producing atrain (Aspergillus N5) was screened among 6 strains. The medium ingredients and fermentation conditions were optimized by signle factor and orthogonal experiments. The enzyme activity was increased by asmuch as 30-fold. As a result, proper fermentation conditions were obtained.
