摘要
选用经淋巴道转移能力不同的Ｈｃａ－Ｆ２５／ＣＬ—１６Ａ３（高转移能力瘤株７８．６％～８９．４％）和Ａ２（低转移能力瘤株１５％～１６．４％）两株细胞，进行了与钙稳态有关指标的测定。结果表明高转移能力瘤株胞液游离Ｃａ２＋、线粒体贮钙水平均明显高于低转移能力瘤株，而细胞核钙和总钙水平明显低于低转移能力瘤株，１６Ａ３细胞微粒体Ｃａ２＋－ＡＴＰ酶活性也高于低转移能力瘤株细胞，两者的微粒体贮钙水平无显著差异。结果提示。不同转移能力的瘤株，其胞内Ｃａ２＋分布不同，而且两者有显著差异。
In this paper,Hca-F25/CL-16A3 and Hca-F25/CL-A2 with high and low metastatic ability respectively were used. Some indexes of intracellular calcium homeostasis were determined. The results showed that cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration level of mitochondrial calcium and activity of microsomel Ca2+-ATPase of 16A3 were obviously higher than those in A2. While the level of total calcium and nucleus calcium in 16A3 were lower than those in A2. The results indicated that there were significant differences in calcium homeostasis between the two cell clones with different matastatic abilities via lymph tract, and also suggested that the calcium homeostasis. was closely associated with the metastasis of tumor cells.
