摘要
成年雄性大鼠注射绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)后,应用组织化学方法(醛复红—PAS法和PAS—阿利新兰法以及Gomori酸性磷酸酶反应)同时电镜观察前列腺腹叶组织。光镜下的变化主要包括:细胞增大,酸性磷酸酶颗粒增多。腺上皮细胞的超微结构改变主要涉及参与分泌物形成的细胞器。其结果表明:实验组细胞粗面内质网和高尔基氏器更为丰富,它们的网腔扩张。上皮细胞中分泌颗粒增大,数目急剧增多。文中讨论了性激素和前列腺之间相互关系的一些问题。
Adurt male rats were treated with HCG. Samples of the ventral prostate were studied by using histochemistry method (PAS-Akian blue, aldehyde fuchsinP AS and Gomori acid phosphatase ) and ultrastructural observation. Alterations visible under light microscope included increases in cell size and amo unt of acid phosphatase graruies. Ultrastrvcturally, charges in the rpithcli-um of the gland involved mainly the organelles that pariicipatc in the formation of secreations. Results showed RER and Golgi apparatus became abundant and their cisternae were enlarged and dilated as compared with the normal, and that the size and number of secretory granules in the epithelhm incre ased draraticly. Some problems about the inter-relationship between sex hormones and prostate are discussd.
