摘要
339例有更年期综合征的妇女接受尼尔雌醇片治疗,每片含药5mg,每月服1片,控制更年期综合征的症状有显著效果,服药3mo后,潮热显著好转或消失的占94.8％,多汗88.9％,头昏66.8％,疲乏74.7％,易激动73.0％,阴道干燥,78.6％,治疗6mo时疗效更好。服药后血清FSH与LH亢进情况改善,阴道脱落细胞成熟指数上升。服药3-29mo的子宫内膜没有明显增殖反应。
339 patients with menopausal syndrome received orally nilestriol, 5mg in a tablet,one piece every month for several months or years.Results revealed that its efficacy for releasing hot flush was found to be 94.8%, subsiding the profuse sweating 88 .9%, improving dizziness 66.8%,fatigue 74.7%, irritability 73.0% and vaginal dryness 78.6%, The best results obtained usually following the six months of medication .The plasma level of FSH and LH were decreased during the therapy. The maturation index of the desquamated vaginal cells was increased. There were no significant proliferative changes in the endometrium even 3-29 mont hs afterwards.
