摘要
我们应用酮康唑口服治疗皮肤真菌病170例,念珠菌阴道炎40例。其中男110例,女100例,每日口服西安杨森制药有限公司生产的酮康唑200-400mg,连服2-4wk。疗效明显优于克霉唑和制霉菌素对照组(P<0.05)。说明酮康唑具有见效快、疗效好、服用方便、副作用小等优点,是一种理想的广谱抗真菌药。
170 patients suffered from dermatomycoses and 40 from vulvovaginal candidiasis(male 110,female 100)were treated with ketoconazole.Each received 200-400 mg/d ketoconazole for 2-4 wk.Results revealed that ketoconazole was more effective than clotrimazole and nystatin(P<0.01) .It has the adventages: oral administration,broad in anti-mycotic spectrum,strong and effective, reliable clinical therapy, and the least side reactions.
