高聚物长时标力学行为的预测──(Ⅶ)不同剪切应力水平对PVC长时标尺寸稳定性和使用寿命的依赖性 被引量:1

摘要 采用前文高聚物长时标力学行为的研究[1~3.7]所推导出的高聚物蠕变柔量(D)与推迟时间系数(β)、特征时间(t0)之间的定量关系式和t0与应力(σ)的关系式,分析了PVC在不同拉伸和剪切应力水平下的蠕变数据,得到了β和t0值,并验证了t0与σ成线性关系,提出了从不同拉伸和剪切应力水平下短时标蠕变测试来预测高聚物长时标尺寸稳定性和使用寿命方法,具有重要学术意义和使用价值. In the paper a universal creep function derived in previous paper (l ̄3'7) was usedtO study on the dependence of shear stress level on the long term mechanical behaviors ofpolyvinyl chloride (PVC). This function is successful in relating the compliance (D), the aging time (ta ), the ratio of relaxation times in free and creep state (τi/τia ), the coefficient of retaration time (β) and the creep time (t). It was used to analysis the experimental creep data for PVC, β and t, are obtained. Results show that the relation of t,to β has linear form.Based on these relations a method for predicting the dimensional stability and life time ofPVC from the measurement of creep with different shear stress level was proposed. It has agreat scientic and applied significance.
