摘要
前文报道了竹红菌素的结构修饰,本文继续报道竹红菌素和丙烯腈的β-腈乙基化反应。
β-cyanoethyl,β-carboxyethyl,and β-amidoethyl groups could be introduced to hypocrellin A(HA),hypocrellin B(HB),and one hypocrellin derivative 1 via Michael reaction with acrylonitrile.It is observed that oxygen was involved in the reaction.Under the sensitization with methylene bluc at λ>600nm,selective photooxygenation of 1 followed byreduction with P(OPh)_3 gives a hypocrellin derivative 7.In comparison with HA,thesederivatives appeared tO show comparable quantum yields for singlet oxygen formation,0.24±0.01.
