摘要
本文运用HPLC法,研究了肌苷在不同PH和不同温度条件下的降解反应动力学.实验证明:在酸性溶液中,肌苷的降解属于一级动力学反应.应用计算机对数据分析,拟合求得浓度和反应时间的函数关系,以及实验范围内pH值、温度和反应速度常数K之间的定量关系.
Inosine degradation was studied at different PH and different temperature by HPLC with UVdetector. It is proved that inosine degradation belongs to first-order kinetic reaction in an acidicsolution. Taking advantage of computer data processing,we obtained polynomial expressions ofconcentration vs. time,as well as quantitative relationships among PH,temperature alld rate constantin the experiment range.
