摘要
本文运用ＨＰＬＣ法，研究了肌苷在不同ＰＨ和不同温度条件下的降解反应动力学．实验证明：在酸性溶液中，肌苷的降解属于一级动力学反应．应用计算机对数据分析，拟合求得浓度和反应时间的函数关系，以及实验范围内ｐＨ值、温度和反应速度常数Ｋ之间的定量关系．
Inosine degradation was studied at different PH and different temperature by HPLC with UVdetector. It is proved that inosine degradation belongs to first-order kinetic reaction in an acidicsolution. Taking advantage of computer data processing,we obtained polynomial expressions ofconcentration vs. time,as well as quantitative relationships among PH,temperature alld rate constantin the experiment range.
