摘要
本研究测定手术阻断豚鼠内淋巴囊和前庭导水管后的内、外淋巴液Ｋ＋，Ｎａ＋离子的浓度。术后１个月，经组织学观察，８只豚鼠中的７只出现了膜迷路积水（８７．５％）。另一组１０只豚鼠于术后１个月用原子吸收光谱仪分别测定内、外淋巴液中Ｋ＋，Ｎａ＋的浓度。与对照耳组比较无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
Abstract Na+,K+ concentrations of endolymph and perilymph were studied in 10 guinea pigs one month after blockage of the endolymphatic sac and vestibular aqueduct in an experimental medel of hydrops。One month after obstruction of the endolymphatic sab and duct,histologi-cal study revealed endolymphatic hydrops in the membranous labyrinth in seven of eight ani-mals(87.5%).One month following the obstruction of the endolymphatic sac and duct in the 10 animals,the Na+ ,K+ oncentrations of endolymph and perilymph were determined in hydroptic ears and control ears using atomic absorption spectrophotometry, A paired t-test showed no significant difference(P>0. 05).
