摘要
本文对14种中西药物杀灭包虫原头蚴效用进行了试验观察,药物作用时间分别为5、10、15、20min。结果表明,较为理想的化疗药物依次为氯化钠(20％)、冰醋酸(0.125％)+氯化钠(10％)及乙醇(70％),双水(3％)和醛甲(4％)仍具药效,中药在短期内效用不佳。同时提出药物对原头蚴损伤程度的分级标准。
In this paper the scolicidal effect of 14 drugs against the protoscoleces of cystic echinococcosis in vitro was assessed as follow(1) the living protoscoleces were immensed in test tubes with drugs for 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes;(2)the morphological changes and eosin dyeing rate were observated and the criteria of the protoscoleces damage (degree 0, Ⅰ, Ⅱ) were advocated (3) the infected ratio of the inoculation acted as final criterion. The results showed (1) the effective drugs were sodium chloride(20%) ,alcohol (75%) , and mixed liquid of acetic acid (0.125%) and sodium chloride (10%); (2) hydrogen peroxide (1.5-3%) was also effective drug but not ideal one. (3) formaldehyde (4%) was partially effective drug; (4) the Chinese traditional herbs showed no obvious scolicidal action in 20 mimutes.
