摘要
报告３６例肝包虫病所致梗阻性黄疸的声像图改变，其中肝细粒棘球蚴压迫、破入胆道１２例，肝泡状棘球蚴压迫侵犯胆道２４例。对造成梗阻性黄疸的原因及鉴别诊断作了讨论。
cases of obstructive jaundice due to hepatic echinococcosis were reported, including 12 cases of echinococcus granulosus compressed and ruptured to the biliary tract and 24 cases of echinococcus alveolaris invaded the biliary tract. Their sonographic features were discribed respectively. The cause and differential diagnosis of the obstructive jaundice were discussed.
