摘要
在电镜下观察了苏云金芽胞杆菌菌株CT-43的芽胞萌发、芽胞和伴胞晶体的形成过程。芽胞萌发分活化、萌动和脱出3个阶段。芽胞形成分为轴丝形成、前芽胞隔膜形成、前芽胞形成、初生细胞壁形成、芽胞外套形成、芽胞衣片层形成和芽胞形成7个阶段。伴胞晶体形成从芽胞形成第2阶段开始,由一些小结晶聚集而成。晶体镶嵌在菌株CT-43中很普遍。结合实验对伴胞晶体形成的调控和外膜的形成等进行了讨论。
Continual thin section from Bacillus thuringiensis strain CT-43 germination and sporulation showed that germination of CT-43 spore was divided into 3 stages,that were activation, germination, and outgrowth. The sporulation was divided into 7 stages which included the formation of axial filament(8h) , forespore septum(8~9h) ,incipient spore(9~10 h) , cortex & primordial cell wall(10~11h), exosporium(11~12 h), lamellar spore coat(13~14h), and outer coat(14h). The formation of parasporal crystal was initiated by forespore septum. Also, a few cells could form parasporal crystal before septum and some mature cells contained crystal only. Parasporal crystal was assembling by small crystalline and mosaic crystal was frequenlly observed. The regulation of parasporal crystal formation and the two-layer membrane formation of parasporal crystal are discussed.
