摘要 苏云金芽胞杆菌质粒编码的杀虫晶体蛋白基因的转录与芽胞形成σ因子密切相关 ,启动子的重叠是原毒素合成的一种机制 ,并且启动子上游区以及宿主细胞中σ因子的竞争对原毒素合成均具有转录调控作用。 Transcription of insecticidal crystal protein genes encoded on large plasmid in Bacillus thuringiensis is closely related with σ factor of sporulation. Promoter overlap is a mechanism for modulating protoxin synthesis.promoter upstream region and σ factors competition in cell played an important role in transcription regulation.;
