摘要
诸葛菜与芸薹属属间杂交存在高度的不亲和,很难得到杂种。芸薹属植物的不同种、同一种不同品种与诸葛菜亲和力不同。F1种子的产生不仅与亲本的基因型有关,而且与杂交的组配方式有关。以芸薹属做母本的杂交亲和性高于以诸葛菜做母本的组合的杂交亲和性。授粉子房离体培养能够提高属间杂交种产生的频率。F1植株的形态大多数偏向母本。
The studies showed that there were higher incompatibilities between Brassica species and Orychophragmus violaceus and it was very difficult to obtain intergeneric hybrids. There were different degrees of compatibility between Orychophragmus violaceus and the different Brasica species and even different varieties in one species. It also revealed that the crossing - compatibility could be increased by ovary culture and the number of hybrid seeds was related to the parental genotype and crossing patterns. The crossing - compatibility was higer when Brassica spp. were used as the maternal parents than when Orychophragmus violaceus as maternal, which indicated that the maternal parents had obvious influence on crossing - compatibility. Morphological evaluation of F1 plants were matroclinous hybrid in almost all cases.
