摘要
本文介绍了分子束外延技术概况,着重论述了这种技术的理论模型、动力学参数及相应的动力学基础。最后介绍了分子束外延技术在光电子器件方面应用的最新进展。
A survey of the MBE techniques is given.The theoretical mo- dels,dynamical parameters and related dynamical basis of the techniques are also re- viewed emphatically.The recent progress in the applications of the MBE techniques to optoelectronic devices is finally presented.
