摘要
１９８５～１９９４年期间，作者采用自体组织移植，脂肪颗粒注射及固体硅胶充填等方法治疗多种原因引起的面部凹陷畸形４３例，其中额部或颧部凹陷１８例；半侧颜面萎缩症６例；Ｔｒｅａｃｈｅｒ－Ｃｏｌｌｉｎ综合征２例；先天性面颅骨发育不全１５例；其他情况２例，疗效较好，本文还介绍了各种手术的操作方法．
Abstract During 1885-1994.45 cases face diformity of depressions had been by filling depression with tissue of autotransplantation, fat injection and solid silicon implanted etc.The postoperation resultes satisfactorily in 90.3%cases in 1-10 years follow-up.Face deformity of depressions include:1)frontal and zygoma in 18 cases;2)hemifacial atrophy in 6 cases;3)Treacher-Collin''s syndrome in 2 cases;4 )congenital craniofacial-bone maldevelopment in 15 cases;5)other condition in 2 eases.In this paper,the methods of operation were introduced and analyzed.
