摘要
运用人工神经元网络理论，建立了一种新的成本预测模型，与其它预测方法相比，它具有自学习功能等特点。
A new model of cost forecast is established by using Artificial Neural Net theory,compared with other forecast methods,the model is capable of self-learning and so on.
