摘要
本文总结了甲状腺癌１００例，对发病情况，诊断，手术方式及颈淋巴结廓清的指征进行讨论。指出发病多见女性，４０岁左右；甲扫中冷结节应警惕甲状腺癌；术式以患侧全切除为主，改良根治术为好；颈廓清与否应由细胞学、肿瘤大小及颈深淋巴结的术中冰冻结果综合决定。

reports that mostof the cases were women at the age of about forty by studying the cau-ses,the
diagnosis,the methods of operation and the standard of neck disse-ction,It should be noticed that
the cold nodules in the photo of thyriodchange into thyriod carcinoma.The operation may as well
be performedfor the affected part,or the modified neck dissection is performed.Whe-ther a neck
dissection should be Performed or not is according to the qu-ality of cell,the size of tumour and the
metastasis of neck lymph node.
