摘要
目的总结甲状腺疾病术后复发再手术的经验。方法分析42例再手术病人的复发原因,预防再手术的经验、教训,特别对再手术的指征,再手术的术式选择及术中主要组织的保护。结果全组无手术死亡,全部治愈;发生并发症8例,其中声音嘶哑3例,呛咳1例,甲状腺功能低下4例。结论术后复发的甲状腺疾病经内科治疗无效,或有恶变可能,均应再手术治疗。
Objective To sum up the re-operative experiences of thyroid diseases after recurrence. Methods Many aspects, such as the causes of re-operation, the experiences to prevent re-operation, the select of operative way, and the protection of main tissue, were analyzed in the 42 patients who accepted re-operation. Results There were eight patients who suffered from complications including three cases of hoarseness, one case of irritative cough, and four cases of hypothyroidism. No death case existed. Conclusion All the recurrences of thyroid diseases after operation should be treated with re-operation if conservative therapies are of no effect or there is a potential to become malignant.
