摘要
我院自１９９１年４月至１９９５年２月选用９８％无水乙醇作为硬化剂，治疗前庭大腺囊肿３９例，均获治愈，其中１次穿刺后治愈３６例，达９２．３０％。本文就前庭大腺囊肿的局部解剖、病理变化、临床特点及乙醇疗法的作用机理进行了初步探讨，并对此疗法与前庭大腺囊肿常用手术方法进行了对比分析。我们认为此疗法安全、可靠、简便、经济、实用，可以在门诊推广运用。
alcohol was used as a hardener in treating 39 cases of Bartholin'S cysts in our hospital between April 1991 and Feb.1992.The curative rate was l00% with 36 cases(92.3%)cured with a single puncture.The paper discusses the regional anatomy,pathological changes clinical features of the Bartholin's gland as well as the mechanism of the alcohol treatment.Comparing the results of this treatment with the routine surgical therapy for Bartholin's cysts,we consider the alcohol injection treatment to be safe,dependable,convenient,economical and practical for outpatients.
