摘要
研究炼钢过程中,在等离子体条件下,加入V_2O_5,通过还原反应使钒还原合金化,当V:C=1:1时,V的还原速度和回收率都最高;在30min内可以达到含钒目标值为12%~18%的还原合金化。
Reductive alloying is defined as the process in which the oxide of alloying elements isadded into the molten steel in stead of the ferroalloy during refining and casting.Results indicate thatthe aim level of about 12~18% Vanadium content in the reductive alloying can be achievel by the useof plasma.
