中空纤维透析器全血传质的双室模型

摘要 在本文中,我们建立了中空纤维透析器中全血传质的双室模型,并给出该模型的解析解;也给出了用尿素、肌酐和尿酸三种溶质进行实验验证的结果,从中发现传统的单室模型仅适于描述尿素在全血中的传质动力学,而对肌酐和尿酸则宜用本文的双室模型来描述。 In this paper, a two-compartment model of mass-transfering in the whole blood for a hollow-fiber hemodialyzer is established and its analytical solution is obtained. From the results of the in vitro experiments for urea, creatinine and uric acid, performed for varification of this model, it is found that the one-compartment model published in reference fits only to the urea transfer dynamics, while the present model is suitable for mass transfer dynamics of creatinine and uric acid as well as urea.
