摘要
已经发现转化生长因子α（ＴＧＦα）及其受体表皮生长因子受体（ＥＧＦＲ）在多种人类恶性肿瘤中有表达．并与这些肿瘤病人的预后有密切关系。本实验观察了体外培养人肝癌细胞株，荷人肝癌裸鼠模型，以及肝癌病人的肿瘤标本中ＴＧＦα和ＥＧＦＲ的表达及其与肝癌生长的关系。结果显示两种裸鼠模型中．ＥＧＦＲ表达强的肿瘤生长快；培养肝癌细胞在ＴＧＦα刺激下ＥＧＦＲ表达明显增强，同时细胞分裂指数也明显增加；在一组人肝癌标本中，ＴＧＦα和ＥＧＦＲ在瘤内表达阳性组的平均瘤径明显大于阴性组。此项研究证实ＴＧＦα和ＥＧＦＲ的表达能够促进肝癌细胞的生长从而影响肝癌病人的预后。
Transforming growth factor α(TGFα) and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)have been found expressed in some kinds of human cancer and related to the prognosis of the patients.In this study,we observed the expression of TGF αand EGFR in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)cell line,nude mice models of human HCC and the specimens from HCC patients and the relation between the expression of TGF αand EGFR and HCC tumor growth.The results demonstrated that,of two kinds of nude mice models the tumor with strong EGFR expression grew faster.With TGF α stimulation, EGFR expression was enhanced and,cell mitosis was accelerated in cultured HCC cell line.In a series of HCC specimens from patients,the mean tumor size in patients with positive TGF α and EGFR was significantly larger than that of TGF αand EGFR negative tumors.These results suggest that the expression of TGF α and EGFR contribute to the growth of HCC cells and lead to poor prognosis of HCC patients.
