摘要
胸腺素具有广泛的免疫调节作用。本文观察了人胎胸腺素（ＨＦＴ）在体外对人周围血Ｔ细胞的增殖及对周围血单个核细胞（ＰＢＭＣ）分泌ＩＬ－２的影响，实验结果表明：ＨＦＴ能刺激Ｔ细胞增殖，１％ＨＦＴ的作用最强，但未见ＨＦＴ与ＰＨＡ对Ｔ细胞增殖的协同促进作用；而ＨＦＴ对ＰＢＭＣ分泌ＩＬ－２的影响不明显，ＨＦＴ与ＰＨＡ共同作用的效应约有提高，亦仅相当于ＩＬ－２在１．９～７．８ｕ／ｍｌ时的效应。
Thymosin has a wide range of immunomodulatory effects. We studied the effect of Human Fe-tal Thymosin(HFT)on the proliferation of human peripheral blood T cell and the secretion of IL-2 in peri-pheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC) in vitro. The results indicate that HFT could stimulate the prolifera-tion of T cell,and effect of 1% HFT was the best one.But we didn￣'find the cooperative effect of HFT andPHA on the proliferation of T cell.There was no obvious effect of HFT on the secration of IL-2 in PBMC.The cooperative effct of HFT and PHA on that was little.It only equaled the effect of IL-2 in 1.9～7.8u/ml.
