缺血预处理抗急性缺血和再灌流性肾损伤作用的研究 被引量:8

摘要 通过对对照、缺血再灌流(IR)和缺血预处理后缺血再灌流(IPC-IR)三个组的家兔血中和肾组织中的白细胞数、与白细胞有关的肾损伤指标(左肾系数和肾小管计分〕和肾超微结构改变的比较研究,表明在急性缺血1小时后再灌流120min时,IR组以上指标同对照和IPC-IR组间差异显著(P<0.05);而IPC-IR组与对照组间差异无显著性;IR组肾组织细胞发生明显变性、坏死改变,而IPC-IR组未见明显变性,提示IPC具有抗缺血和再灌流性肾损伤的作用。 The WBC count of mixed venous blood and renal tissue, the left renal coefficient and score of tubules which revealed the renal injury produced by WBC, and changes in renal tissue struc-tures under electromicroscope, were compared among the control, the ischemia reperfusion (IR), and 0the ischemic preconditioning-ischemia reperfusion (IPC-IR ) groups in rabbits. The results show that there are significant differences in all parameters at 2 hours after reperfusion between the IR group and the control or IPC-IR group, and however, there is no difference between the control and the IPC-IR group. The degenerate and necrotic changes were remarkable under electromicroscope in renal tissue in IR group, but, there is no change of degeneration in IPC-IR group. It is suggested that IPCcould play a role in protecting the renal from injury induced by acute ischemia and reperfusion.
