羧甲基茯苓多糖的干扰素促诱生效应 被引量:1

摘要 本文以中药提取物羧甲基茯苓多糖为IFN-α的促诱生刘,以研究其对IFN促诱生效应。本研究以献血员白细胞为诱生细胞,以自制IFN-α为启动诱生剂,以新城鸡瘟病毒为诱生剂,以不同浓度羧甲基茯苓多糖为促资生剂。结果表明,常规诱生组IFN-α效价为0.735×104IU/ml,启动诱生组效价为1.127×104IU/ml,羧甲基茯苓多糖促诱生组效价为2.24×104IU/ml,是常规诱生组的3倍。不同浓度的羧甲基茯苓多糖促诱生IFN以50μg/ml为佳。羧甲基茯苓多糖促诱生IFN在37℃条件下,4~20h逐渐上升,20~24h达高峰,然后逐渐下降。 The accelerating inductive effect to interferon (IFN) by Carboxymethyl Pachymaran (CMP) was reported. The inductive cells were human WBC,the initiation inductive agents were IFN-α and the inductive agents were Nawcast disease viruses (NDV). The results indicate that the titers of IFN-α in the common group,initiation group and CMP group were 0. 735×104, 1.127 × 104 and 2. 24 × 104IU/ml,respectively. The titer of CMP group was three time higher than that of common group. 50μg/ml CMP was good for accelerate inductive effect.
