摘要
１９８８年１０月至１９９３年１０月，我们对１２例肺癌心包转移、心包积液患者进行心包抽液以ＭＦ方案为基础出的心包腔内联合化疗，取得了较好疗效，经给药１～３次，多数病人积液得以控制，ＣＲ６例，ＰＲ４例，ＮＣ２例，病人生存期得以延长。本方案心包腔内给药，副反应轻，对全身影响小，可配合较强烈的全身化疗，且经济便宜，损伤性小，疗效可靠。
Abstract From October 1988 to October 1993, we performed pericardiocentesis and combined chemotherapy inside pericardium on the basis of MF scheme for 12 patients with lung cancer. We gained satisfactory effect. We prescribed medicine 1 to 3 times, the majority patient's dropsy were controled. 6 cases were CR, 4 cases were PR, 2 cases were NC. Thereforce we can lengthen the patient's survival time. We observed that the side effect of this scheme was light, systemic affect was minimum. It is not only coordinate stronger systemic chemotherapy, but also economical. It's trauma is minor and curative effect is reliable. It can be regarded as one of the good therapic method.
