摘要
我们对３０例肝细胞肝癌（ＨＣＣ）用肿瘤坏死因子肝癌瘤体内注入，γ－干扰素（ＩＦＮｒ）肌肉注射，及低剂量ＦＡＭ方案综合治疗的近期疗效。其中男２５例，女５例，ＡＦＰ（＋）２２例，ＡＦＰ（－）８例。结果ＣＲＳ例２７％，ＰＲ１２例４０％，ＮＣ７例２３％，ＰＤ３例１０％，有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）６７％。近期疗效令人满意。值得临床推广。但因例数尚少，有待进一步总结经验。
Thirty cases of primary Carcinoma of livevr are treated with combination immunotherapy of TNF and IFNr with chemotherapy regimen of LD-FAM. TNF is injected into the tumor. IFNr into the muscles. of these Cases, 25 Cases are male. 5 female. AFP of 22 Cases is positive (+).the other negative (-).The analysis of the resultsare: CR8, PR12. NC7. PD3, Countins for 27%、 40%、 23%、10% respectively. The total remission rate (CR+PR) is 67 % Gererally speaking, the recent effect is Satisfying.
