摘要
本文报告了我院１９８６年１月至１９９３年１０月采用顺铂为主的联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌１２０例，取得了较好的近期疗效。完全缓解（ＣＲ）３例（２．５％），部分缓解（ＰＲ）３８例（３１．７％），稳定（ＮＳ）４９例（４０．８％），进展（ＰＤ）３０例（２５％）。有效率（ＣＲ＋ＰＲ）为３４．１％。主要毒副反应为胃肠道反应和骨髓抑制。
From January 1986 to October 1993, 120 advanced non-mall cell lung cancer patients were treated with DDP-based combined chemotherapy in our hospital. The short-term effect of treatment was encouraging. The complete response (CR) rate was 2. 5%, partial response (PR) rate was 31. 7%. The total response rate (CR+PR) was 34. 1 %.The major side effects were gastrointestinal reaction and suppression of bone marrow.
