摘要
本文报导３１例用ＣＡＰ方案治疗的非小细胞性肺癌。Ⅱ期１例，Ⅲ期１０例，Ⅳ期２０例，总有效率为３５．５％，其中ＣＲ１例，ＰＲ１０例，ＮＣ１０例，ＰＤ１０例。中位生存期８个月，有效病例为１７个月。本文对该方案的副反应，可行性等进行了分析。
The paper reactted cyclophosphamide(CTX). doxorubicin(ADM). cisplatin(PDD) in the treatment primary 31 cases NSCLS. In the thirty first cases, Ⅰ of case was stage Ⅱ of the NSCLC, 10 of cases were stage Ⅲ B, 20 of cases were stage Ⅳ. Total response rate achieved 35.5%. One case achieved complete response(CR). In the thirty first cases, ten Of cases achieved partial response(PR), ten of cases were no change(NC), ten of cases were progress disease(PD).The median survival time was 8 months and in which of the response patients (CR+PR) was 17 months.
