摘要
本文对肺癌患者的红细胞免疫功能、Ｔ淋巴细胞正群及血清中补体Ｃ＿３和ＣＩＣ进行了测定。结果显示，肺癌患者存在着继发性红细胞免疫功能降低，红细胞免疫的自我调控系统失衡。肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能与Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群之间呈明显的相关性。本文对肺癌患者红细胞免疫的有关机理和意义进行了讨论。
The erythrocyte immune functions,the lymphocyte subsets,C3 and CIC in serum of lung cancer patients were studied.The results indicated that the lung cancer patients had a secondary diminution in red blood cell immune,the selfre-gulation system of erythrocyte immune functions were decreased in patients with lung cancer,the erythrocyte immune functions were correlated with T lymphocyte subsets.The mechanism and significance of erythrocyte immune was discussed.
