摘要
对龟鹿补肾液的生产工艺进行了改进研究,由原来的酒沉法改为树脂法。对两种工艺试制的口服液成品,通过淫羊藿甙、蛋白质、多糖等成分的含量比较,表明树脂法工艺试制口服液成品的各项指标有明显提高,并保存了原有较佳的外观质量。
The article reports the improvement of productive technology of Gui-Lu-Bu -Shen Oral Liquid which is a Chinese medicine of complex prescription, it is that the resin adsorption was used instead of alcohol precipitation. The preparation products from two processes were compared with using icariin, protein and polyose content as standard. The result shows that each index of the preparation from resin method is higher then that from alcohol precipitation method, and exterior quality is preserved.
