摘要
作者将兔鞘外无滑膜肌腱段放入膝关节腔内进行在体肌腱组织培养。结果显示:肌腱表面出现了光滑的、具有滑膜组织形态特征的包囊结构,游离于关节腔内,无粘连发生。结果证实:无滑膜肌腱在滑液环境中可向有滑膜肌腱转化。
AbstractThe non-svnovial tendon was placed in the syn-ovial cavity of rabbit knee joint to carry out tissue cul-ture in vivo. The surface of the cultured tendon wascovered with a smooth membrane-like tissue whichpossessed the morphologic characteristics of the syn-ovial membrane identified by histological and electronmicroscopic examinations. The tendon segments werekept free in the cavity of knee joint and adhesions werenot observed. It is suggested that non-synovial tendoncould transform into a synovial tendon in the environ-ment filled with svnovial fluid.
