Experimental study of tendon transplantation within flexor sheath

摘要 我们采用4种不同肌腱移植材料进行鞘内肌腱移植,结果表明:用自体有滑膜肌腱作为移植体,其粘连轻,功能恢复最好;其次是低温冻存的异体有滑膜肌腱;再次为异体有滑膜肌腱;而临床上常用的自体无滑膜肌腱移植的效果最差。我们认为鞘内肌腱移植后功能恢复的优劣与移植供体的形态结构差异有密切关系。 Abstract The healing of four different tendon grafts within flexor digital sheath was studied in chickens. Best functional outcome and least adhesion formation were achieved with autogenous synovial tendon graft, followed by freeze-preserued allogenie synovial tendon and non-freeze-preserved ones. Adhesion formation and least functional recovery were observed in group of autogenous non-synovial tendon grafts, which is though the usual graft in clinical practice. We consider that the effects of transplanted tendons functional recoveries within flexor sheath are closely related to the pattern and structure of tendon grafts.
