摘要
作者介绍了第一跖骨远端缩短截骨术加形状记忆加压骑缝钉内固定治疗外翻１７例（２６足）的结果。本组患者年龄３０～６５岁，平均４１．０岁。术后平均１８．２天，患者能作轻工作或家务，平均４０．３天恢复正常行走活动和原工作。１６例（２５足）足部疼痛消失，仅１例足痛转移至第二跖骨头下。足外形明显改善，前足宽度平均减少０．９２ｃｍ。Ｘ线片提示所有截骨都达到骨性愈合。平均外翻角从３０．１°减少到１６．０°，平均第１、２跖骨间夹角从１１．２°减少到６．５°。本法不需外固定，截骨处固定牢靠，骨愈合快，患者可以早期负重。
AbstractThe results ofdistal osteotomy of shortening thefirst metatarsal with internal fixation of shape,memo-ry metal compression staple for hallux valgus were e-valuated in 26 feet of 17 women with a mean age of41. 0 years (30～65 yrs). The average time for returnto light work was 18.2 days,and to full work and nor-mal walk 40.3 days after the operation.16 patients(25 feet)had complete relief from pain. Dnly in onefoot the pain was transferred under the 2nd metatarsalhead.The appearance of the feet was apparently im-proved and the width of the forefeet was decreased in amean 0.92cm after the operation. All of the patientswere satisfied with the appearance of their feet.Radiographic analysis of feet showed that all the os-teotomies united,the average angle of hallux valguswas improved from 30.1°to 16.0°and the mean inter-metatarsal angle from 11.2°to 6.5°. This new tech-nique allows no external fixation of plaster splintageand the distal fragment during healing of the osteotomywas stable. The time of bone healing was shortencedand patients were allowed to bear weight at early time.
